- Directing the energies of the school towards a holistic development of each person in the school community
- Seeking to fulfill the great yearning of Jesus, I have come that they may have life and have it abundantly (Jn 10:10)

- Quality teaching and learning
- Good discipline
- High expectations of student performance
- Teachers caring for students at the human level
